Four Seasons​​​​

Thanks to the impeccably friendly service and elegant, yet homey atmosphere, the Four Seasons is where I host my Academy events in Sydney. The incredible panorama views of the iconic Opera House and Harbor Bridge don’t hurt either.



Sofitel Luxury Hotel​​

You won’t be able to walk down Phillip Street without catching a glimpse of Sofitel. Completed in 1966, the building is one of the city’s renowned architectural icons. Paying homage its origins, Sofitel has carried a chic 60s theme throughout the hotel. Stop by Soiree for cocktails named after famous movie stars of the era, and a bar menu featuring gourmet retro cuisine!



Park Hyatt

Perched over the harbor, the majestic Park Hyatt exudes luxury and elegance from the moment you step into the lobby to the moment you hit the sheets. The Hyatt is also home to the ultimate spa treatment: the “Australian Awakening.” A 6.5 hour treatment, it will leave you manicured, pampered, and rejuvenated.

This industrial-chic restaurant in Sydney’s happening Potts’ Point neighborhood is one of my favorite new finds. Apollo specializes in fresh, modern, greek cuisine best shared family style. Their selection of whole roasted fishes and lush, vibrant salads is healthy and tastes out-of-this-world spectacular!

The flagship restaurant from one of Australia’s most awarded restaurant groups, 24-year-old Rockpool is one of the nation’s most famous places to eat. Serving not just meals but fabulous eight-course “journeys,” this is where you come to really indulge and honor your passion for fine dining.



Mr. Wong​​

In a space that feels like a chic Parisian loft in the middle of China, Mr. Wong pays homage to classic Chinese influences in a contemporary style, offering over sixty dishes and an unrivaled dim sum selection.

The Morrison

One of my favorite things to do in the world is enjoy a plate of fresh oysters on the half shell, and in Sydney, The Morrison is the place to do it. At this elegantly casual bar and oyster room, the oysters are shucked and plated right in front of you.



North Bondi Fish ​​

Easy beachfront dining doesn’t get much better than North Bondi Fish, the stylish bungalow from Chef Matt Moran, one of Australia’s top celebrity chefs. You can absolutely traipse in here in a caftan and slides, beach bag in tow, and enjoy a casual seaside meal with a sophisticated, gourmet twist.

Foster Street in Surry Hills is one of Sydney’s most happening strips, and Nomad one of its freshest new eateries. Add a meticulously curated selection of fine Australian wine, and you’ve got Sydney’s hottest new dining destination.
