Is there so much more that you could do if you just had a bit more time? Maybe you’ve been thinking about hiring a personal assistant, stylist, or someone to help out around the house. Maybe it’s something you plan to do eventually, when you’re ready.

Well, as an entrepreneur I’ve learned that the only way to move forward is to make decisions in the here and now. I hired my very first virtual assistant for 15 minutes a week. It may sound ridiculous, but that’s what I thought I could afford. My wealth consciousness was the size of a peanut then, and yet by the end of the year I had four people working for me full time.

Learning to delegate as much as I could as fast as I could was how I was able to grow my business so quickly. The important step is just to start building—even if you’re hiring someone for 15 minutes a week, you’ll see yourself go further faster.

My motto is “You can have it all—but to have it all, you cannot do it all yourself.” At this point in history, we have the benefit and the blessing of generations of wisdom from women who’ve gone before us. We have a new consciousness about ourselves, and the power of technology to communicate. With all that’s available to help us, we no longer have to be workaholics. We have to find our zone of genius and stay there as much as possible, empowering those around us to help create our vision.

I’ll be the first to admit that I haven’t gotten to where I am today without help. This week, I’ll be sharing the stories of how I’ve built my A-team and quickly grown my business.

It’s time to be a rock star in your own life. Having an entourage is not just for the Beyonces of the world. If you have a purpose and a dream, then you need to get yourself the support to live that dream. Why not start today?

All My Love,
