If you’ve been following the Divine Living Magazine, then you’ve probably noticed that I am not gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free or fun-free. I am a foodie and I love to enjoy all that the world’s best restaurants, chefs and food makers have to offer. I’m not a fan of junk food, but I do consistently enjoy really good food, so admittedly, the notion of “getting healthy” triggers a Pavlovian “thou shalt not enjoy anything delicious!” response within me.
While on a conscious level I do know that eating healthy can be delicious, I’m still working through some old belief systems that suggest otherwise. As I start on my own path toward greater health (ok lets face it…as I start my yearly get-ready-for-the-beach routine) I thought there was no better time to share the journey with all of you.
Summer is just around the corner, and let’s admit I’m not the only one committed to shedding some extra pounds before stepping out in Amalfi. In preparation for beach season, this whole month is about a modern, feminine approach to physical, emotional and spiritual health for the busy woman entrepreneur.
