Don’t judge… this is my first-ever “professional headshot” from over 15 years ago. When I took this picture, I had just quit my office job as a psychotherapist, scrounged together any crumbs of money I could find, moved to Los Angeles and became a self-proclaimed Life Coach.
I was terrified! My family and friends thought I was insane. They didn’t think I could actually replace my office salary (not to mention make any sort of money at all) from being a so-called “Life Coach.”
While it felt like the most “irresponsible” thing to do, I was desperate to try. In my mind, there was no other option.
I knew that my God didn’t create me to live an unfulfilled, scarce and miserable life. I was put on this planet to thrive, to help others and to do something BIG! Not to work 14 hour days, hardly serve anyone, live at my parents’ house and pay off student loan debt until I was 50.
This photoshoot was a proclamation to myself… (and let’s be real, this $250 was a splurge for me at this point!). I did this for me, to prove to myself that I was serious, and to prove to the Universe that I was ready and available to transform my life.
Have you ever had one of those moments where you felt terrified but also immensely liberated? Where you heard the Negative Nancy’s whisper in your ear and you decided to go for it anyway?! Where you felt an overwhelming amount of self-love and pride? It’s called courage, and it’s about taking radical responsibility for your life. (P.S. That moment was this picture for me!).
From this picture on, I was determined to continue to show up. I attended countless Wealth Consciousness seminars, listened to Tony Robbins’ Power Hour tapes by the day, signed up for all the dull Digital Marketing Events and taught myself the in’s and out’s of starting a business. (TIP: Do not try to go at it alone! I wasted A LOT of money and most importantly, TIME, trying to do that!).
I hosted in-person events with less than 5 people, I sold online CDs, launched what was called the “Divine Living Radio Show,” and I even tried to design my own graphics (as you can see, it just wasn’t my calling!).
The point is, we all start somewhere. I’m so humbled by these memories because for me, at the time, they were all huge wins and steps in the right direction.
Like I tell my clients, “it’s always awkward before it’s elegant”… you just have to START!
Fast forward 20 years later, and I’ve created a multi-million dollar women’s empowerment company called Divine Living. I’ve hosted live events, retreats and intensives in some of the most luxurious destinations around the world. I’ve helped to transform the lives of thousands of women globally through my wide variety of programs. I’ve created an online digital magazine, radio show, virtual talk show and just published my first book, The Audacity to Be Queen. I wake up every day feeling so incredibly fulfilled, serving and coaching my clients so that they can do the same.

A: The Gateway Course is a 10 week program (with lifetime access to the modules), starting February 3rd. Each week comes with its own coaching call with Gina or a guest expert (on Zoom at 9:00 am PST), training topic, and workbook portion to follow along with.

Q: How does the program work?
A: Every other Wednesday (starting February 3rd) we will release a module training suite (each suite includes videos, an in-depth workbook, exercises, templates, etc!). Then each Tuesday at 9:00 am PST (starting February 9th) Gina or a guest expert will do a live group coaching + Q&A call to help you through the training. This will be your routine for 10-weeks. Each week you will also have the opportunity to join group Implementation sessions led by your designated Divine Living Coach (coaches will have varying dates/times for their group sessions!).
