What is Q Club?
The Q Club is your new favorite at-home destination where Netflix meets personal development for all things Queen: femininity, luxury, travel, lifestyle, spirituality, entrepreneurship, and expansion into your best self.
It’s our very own social network including features like a newsfeed, DM’ing, friending others, having your own profile, joining groups and forums in addition to showcasing inspiring episodes and having the capacity to help you search and favorite the types of episodes and content you’re looking to hear.
Is Q Club for me?
If you desire (and are open to) more femininity, luxury, travel, lifestyle, spirituality, entrepreneurship, connection and expansion in your life, then YES this is the Club for you!
However, if you are happy with life as it is, are not seeking transformation, find yourself uninspired by luxury, are looking for just another “business course”, not willing to deepen your femininity, and are committed to living in Princess mode…then this Club would not be the right fit for you.
What if I can’t finish all of the content each month?
We never expected you to, Queen! Just like you wouldn’t expect to watch every last episode on Netflix, or order every item on Amazon Prime…or sample all the dishes at a four seasons buffet, this is a place for you to select what serves you best and choose what you want to indulge in based on the mood you’re in! You can go back to any of the content at any time and listen/read/watch/practice whenever you want. Q Club gives you flexible structure and unlimited content. There are no rigid rules. We’ve designed this with you in mind. Remember to think of it as your own personal ‘Divine Living Netflix’… just pick and choose which episodes you want to binge according to your mood!

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your Q Club membership at any time. Just inform us by sending an email to questions@divineliving.com that you would like to cancel 5 days prior to your next billing date in order to not be charged for that next billing period. Please note, cancellation of annual subscriptions will not be prorated. Because of the digital nature of the content, there are no refunds.
Canceling the Q Club membership renewal prevents your payment method from being charged again when your monthly or annual subscription ends. You’ll continue to be able to access and benefit from the Membership through the last day of your subscription.
We may suspend your use of the Service at any time for any reason, without any notice. We may terminate your account if you violate the Q Club Acceptable Use Policy or for any other reason.
If we terminate your Q Club Membership for violation of the terms of this Agreement or our policies, we will not refund any amount paid for unused Premium Service.
What payment plans are available?
If you choose to sign up through the monthly payments, then your first payment will be due the day you sign up. From there, you will be billed every month on the day that you enrolled. If you choose the yearly payment, you will make a one time payment and be set for the entire year (and receive a discount too!).

We strive to serve you at the highest level possible at all times! Please email questions@divineliving.com with any general inquiries or billing inquiries. We will get back to you within 24 hours, Monday-Friday, with an answer!
