The Essential Entrepreneur

Get Your Gina MBA with Divine Living’s
Best Business Stories

Last week we kicked off the Anniversary Issue with some major inspiration, featuring 12 fabulous women entrepreneurs who have all created success on their own terms.

Once upon a time, we may have looked at these celebrities and CEOs and best-selling authors as if they were living an unattainable dream life—but today we know better. Today we know about the unlimited potential that’s available to all of us through the entrepreneurial path.

I believe every woman deserves to create and claim her dream life. For me, it has been quite the journey to stumbling upon entrepreneurship and discovering all the possibilities that come with it.
My career began as it does for so many of us, with the desire to help people. I got my Master’s in clinical psychology and little did I know that when I became a psychotherapist, I actually became an entrepreneur.

When I first started practicing, I didn’t know anything about marketing or branding or how to start a business. I imagined the clients were just going to appear. Slowly I realized there was a bit more to it.

Over the past decade I’ve dedicated a lot of time and money to educating myself on how to be a successful entrepreneur—one who not only makes money, but also creates impact and enjoys a beautiful lifestyle.

Women like us have the opportunity to do business differently than it’s ever been done before. We can stand by our feminine principles and bring our most authentic selves into our companies, from the way we market our services to the way we manage our teams.

When it came to launching this magazine, I knew I wanted to start a conversation about business that I didn’t see happening anywhere else in the media. One that would invite and empower women to build thriving businesses to support their dreams.

Ready for a crash course? This week we’ve gathered the absolute best business stories from the first year of DLM. From discovering your brand brilliance to hosting live events, there’s something here for every level of entrepreneur. No matter where you’re at, pour yourself a glass of wine or a cup of coffee (or a green juice!) and start re-imagining your biz for the better!

  All My Love,
