True Meaning of Self-Care
The art of treating yourself well…❤️
This goes way beyond the self care of a manicure or even a scrumptious home cooked meal.

The JOY of LIVING ✨
I’ve got news for you. There’s a realllllly big life waiting for you outside of work, being busy, struggling, and emotionally processing all the time.
I never thought my favorite word would be: slow
In many circles going fast, doing more, crushing it, getting to the top first is what we are taught that successful people do. Not that there’s anything wrong with that pace. I just think it’s important for every woman to define for herself what success actually is.
Why do we wait?
Wait for birthdays, anniversaries, official holidays or bank holidays to do something special with the people we love?
Living life in the moment and for the moment.✨
This seems to be a great challenge for modern day women whose thoughts often are stuck in the past or addicted to controlling the future. THIS moment. Right here. Right now. Me. You. God. For that I’m grateful. 🙏🏽 Thankful to be alive. Remembering (at least this minute) that we have a choice in how we do life, what we focus on and how we spend our days.
Prioritizing the feminine art of cooking = chicken soup for the soul. 🙏🏽
Ever since moving to Italy, I promised myself that I wouldn’t do life the same way I did in LA or Miami. Not that either day-to-day was bad, it’s just a former version of me.
Though my 18 year relationship with #babylove has always been easy (that doesn’t mean we don’t have issues), I used to be blindsided by relationships…
“Ask and it is given.” 🙏🏽❤️
This is your reminder that ALL of your desires are meant to be manifested. You’re not crazy or too demanding, and no, you’re not “too much”.
One of the commitments I made to myself when I moved to Italy was to prioritize pleasure *during* week days.
