Arrived at my new home in Italy! 🇮🇹
Beginnings are everything. The beginnings of a new relationship, career, habit, project and certainly a new chapter in life.
I made the commitment to myself to savor this beginning. Which for me meant going slow enough to take it all in, not overstuffing my schedule or my brain with unnecessary to do’s, not feeling like I needed to “get more done” in a day.
Instead, I gave myself permission to BE more.
More quiet, more patient, more observant, more grateful, and more open to receiving new insights. I’ve lived and loved every minute of my first month in Italy ❤️ (which is partially why you’re just now seeing the BTS of the adventure).
My prayer for all of us feminine women living in modern times is that we give ourselves the time and space to be spiritually guided, at peace in our souls, rested in our bodies and rejuvenated in our spirits.🙏🏽
